Occupation? Counselor-specializing in children who have been prenatally exposed to drugs or alcohol, developmental delays and behavior therapy

Favorite Color? OU red of course, closely followed by purple

Favorite Food? Chicken-any kind will do, but grandma makes the best

Hobbies? Spending time with family, friends, and my perfect furry babies (Abbott-cat, Saddie-dog)

Favorite Movies? My favorite movies mostly come before I was born, anywhere from the classics of Gone with the Wind, and Wizard of OZ to the fun movies of the 50's with Doris Day and Cary Grant. Also the stander 80's ones such as Sixteen Candles are always good

Favorite music? Too eclectic to narrow it to just one

Best Vacation you have ever had? Though I love the family reunions, spending two weeks in Hawaii was truly paradise. It is one of the most difficult things to get on a plane leaving Honolulu

Favorite Holmer family memory? Spending time with the family in South Carolina at the beach. It was low key and comfortable and allowed for focus on the people, but still in a beautiful setting
Something most people don’t know about you? I am a germaphobic-not a freak about it where I have to wash my hands a hundred times a day but given the opportunity I avoid getting dirty

Which is your favorite time of the day … are you a morning person or a night person? Neither. I like to sleep in and go to bed early. So besides sleeping my favorite time is early evening, just home from work with a little downtime before dinner.

A talent you wish you had or something you wish you knew how to do better? Anything artistic-paint, draw, pottery, sing

If you could be anywhere right now, where would you be? On a beach, where is irrelevant as long as there is sun, sand and surf

Someone who’s had a significant influence on your life and why? My maternal grandmother-she is a strong independent woman who is excellent at balancing nurture and promoting independence

List some goals that you'd like to accomplish sometime in your lifetime...could be related to

travels, education, job, family, etc. My biggest hopes are to travel. So much to see in this wonderful world. The nature of Africa is definitely high up there

Describe your style. Simple and casual, trendy requires to much energy

Your favorite sport to watch? OU football, it was a requirement for marriage.

What's the hardest or most challenging thing you've ever done? Overcome the fear of rejection to apply to graduate school
