Jenny Fisch Highlighted!

What is your …
Occupation - Loan Officer with Clarion Mortgage Capital
Favorite Color - Green
Favorite Food - Tex-Mex
Hobbies - Co-Ed Softball, Movies, Books
Favorite Books/Movies/Television Shows - James Patterson/Dean Koontz Suspense Thrillers/Romantic Comedies The Office/The Closer/Glee
If you could be anywhere right now, where would you be? The beach. I love nothing more than walking in the sand, the sounds and smell of the ocean, and lounging under an umbrella either reading, sleeping or people-watching.
Best Vacation you have ever had? Besides the Holmer Reunions?? Brian and I just took a fantastic trip to Negril, Jamaica. It was so beautiful and we were extremely spoiled with the all-inclusive service!
Favorite Holmer family memory? Too many to list, but I loved the Jersey shore and SC reunions a lot (probably because they were at the beach…do you see a theme here?)
Things that remind me of Holmers…Uno, Skipbo, Poker, Snickerdoodles (remind me of Mimi’s Cinnamon Jumbos), Dairy Queen Dilly Bars, the songs ‘You Are My Sunshine’ (we sang it in Nashville at the Holmer Hoedown), ‘Friends in Low Places’ (reminds me of Scott), ‘Bad, Bad, Leroy Brown’ (Steve dancing to it at either Scott or Dori’s) and of course if there’s a Soul Train happening on the dance floor I can’t help but think of all the dancing we Holmers have done together over the years. Which is your favorite time of the day … are you a morning person or a night person? Night person. Although now that Brayden’s new school starts at 7:30 in the morning, I’m finding that I can’t quite seem to stay up as late as I used to.
A talent you wish you had or something you wish you knew how to do better? I wish I could speak fluent Spanish.
Someone who’s had a significant influence on your life and why? My parents because, well duh, come on, you know Rich and Francille! I couldn’t have asked for better parents. And who knew Mom was so strong? To face cancer…TWICE and then to also have brain surgery all within the span of a couple years!! I’m TRULY blessed to have them in my life and wouldn’t be who I am today without them!!
Your favorite sport to watch? favorite sport to play? Baseball, especially live. Softball, we just started our fall season. This is the 15th year for some of us to play together.
What's the hardest or most challenging thing you've ever done? Being a mommy, but it’s also been the most rewarding thing I’ve done!
Share a time in your life when you were particularly proud or felt accomplished. The day Brayden was born and seeing the look on my dad’s face when he burst into the hospital room to hold his grandson for the first time….priceless.
